1. Whose studio this is

These terms govern your use of murallanestudio.com ("Mural Lane Studio", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of murallanestudio.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may pick up a brush

Mural Lane Studio is only for people of 19 or over. Using the studio means you confirm you are 19 or over.

3. Paint-pot coins

  • The games run on virtual coins that are given to you free of charge.
  • Coins hold no monetary value, and they are not money, credit or property of any kind.
  • Coins cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. Nothing is sold inside the games.
  • Nothing with real-world value is ever put up as a prize.
  • We are free to retouch or reset coins, levels and features at any moment.

4. Paint, never real stakes

Mural Lane Studio does not offer or promote real-money gambling, and it does not link to any gambling operator.

5. Your studio key (account)

  • The two walls beyond the open one need a free account. One account per person, and do not share it.
  • Keep your password private. Let us know straight away if anyone else has used your account.
  • You may delete your account whenever you like from your account page. Deletion takes effect at once and cannot be reversed.
  • We may lock the studio door on an account used to disrupt the site, or on one we believe belongs to a person under 19.
  • Coins, levels and missions are attached to the account and are not your property; they can be reset.

6. Fair use of the lane

Leave the site undisturbed: no automated tools pointed at it, no offering coins for trade, and nobody under 19 at the easel.

7. When a wall cracks: availability and liability

The site comes “as is”. We may alter or remove any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights stay as they are.
